Cathryn was an absolute Guardian Angel during my search and purchase of my new home. Her focus and diligence provided an immediate discovery of the place as soon as it came up on list, and got me in there to get a quick jump to an offer and a second personal Inspection for some questions I had. Cathryn also picked out an error on the acceptance disclosure which saved me 5k on the final purchase amount. Unbeknownst to me, she also disclosed a surprise closing gift for a home warranty, which she negotiated into the sale. Cathryn Schwab is awesome! She went above and beyond in being an incredible realtor in the purchase of my home. It was a bit of a stroke of luck that I came upon Cathryn. I was originally referred to another realtor agent, who wasn’t able to schedule me, but suggested to reach out to Cathryn, which I am so happy that I did.There was a home in Rhode Island that I had already found as my dream vacation home. It is a cozy home in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. Cathryn quickly helped me submit an offer. Unfortunately, the offer was not accepted. Having only worked with Cathryn for a very short time, she was quick to take note of my preferences and what I was looking for in a home. Just as I was disappointed with losing out on the offer, no sooner did Cathryn find a charming home right on the water. Well maintained home with spacious yard in a quaint area. The home was just listed with an open house on the weekend, and the deadline for offers the next day. Due to my work schedule, I was not able to visit the home. Cathryn made it stress-free. She coordinated with the listing agent where I was able to face-time with Cathryn, touring through the home, going from room to room, and then walking through the exterior part of the house, in addition to her taking plenty of photos and video of the home.Understanding while in a competitive market, Cathryn got the best comps to negotiate with. Cathryn worked late in the evening with me. I remember that we were on the phone well beyond midnight going over the particulars of the offer and making sure that I had the best offer. Cathryn walked me through every step of the way with the entire home buying process, and was readily available to talk or text, usually within minutes. Cathryn works effectively with other realtors. She is quick to find answers to my questions. Moving to a new area, you do not know where to start and who to call from landscaping to plumbing to electrical work to anything else. Cathryn compiled a comprehensive list of vendors for me from her own research and recommendations from her colleagues and other agents. It was a great starting point!Honestly, Cathryn is incredible! She is thoughtful, listened to my needs, thoroughly sought out answers to all my questions, was always available and furthermore, such a pleasure to work with!
